Complaints

We carry out over half a million journeys per year and complaints to Blueline, whilst exceptionally rare, are something that we take extremely seriously. Complaints will be dealt with by our General Manager with a personal visit arranged where possible. We believe this level of customer service and putting right our wrongs is something that really does set us apart from other Harrogate taxi providers.
