How do I use call back? First of all you need to enter the number 01423 505248 into your mobile phone (assuming this is the phone you want us to ring you back on) together with the text "Taxi Outside", or something similar. Please bear in mind this will only work if you have your phone to hand around the time your taxi is due!

How do I open up an account? We have several types of accounts and contracts, please feel free to contact us for more information. Info

How much time do I need to leave? All journeys vary, our experienced office staff will help you to turn up on time! Info

How much will my journey cost? All our out of town journeys have a fixed price, whereas local journeys are charged according to the taxi meter. There will be an added cost when using a 7 seat vehicle, if there are 6 people it will cost an extra £3, if 7 people an extra £3.50. Feel free to contact us for a no obligation quote. Info

I am disabled and in a wheelchair. What services can you offer me? We have seven Euro Taxis that offer ramp access and secure seat harnesses. All our drivers are safe and competent to ensure your journey is trouble free. Info

Can I set up a regular booking? We have many regular bookings, parcel deliveries, airport transfers and school runs to name a few. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Info

What hours do you operate? We offer a comprehensive service running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Basically any time, night or day. Info

Do you do wedding cars? We find our Euro Taxi's very popular for weddings and special occasions, we also have many executive cars for that extra added comfort and pleasure. Info
